Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement

ShopOnPurpose cannot directly track individual purchases made from the retailers' websites. When a reader clicks on a store logo from the ShopOnPurpose website, a tracking code is sent to the retailer that should inform the retailer to report any subsequent purchases back to ShopOnPurpose according to the terms of the affiliate agreement between ShopOnPurpose and the retailer.  ShopOnPurpose will make its best effort to ensure that all purchases are associated with the cause designated by the shopper, however, ShopOnPurpose cannot guarantee that every purchase will be accurately reported because we rely on multiple third party, external sources to collect and report the information we use to calculate donations.  The Typical Donation listed on the Stores page are ShopOnPurpose's best estimate of the donation we will send to the designated cause when a purchase is made from a particulat store.  The retailer reserves the right to change or cancel the fees paid to ShopOnPurpose at any time.  ShopOnPurpose calculates the Typical Donation primarily from the amount of the fees we collect from each retailer. All of the organizations listed on this site were sugggested by readers.  ShopOnPurpose does not verrify every organization listed on the site; shoppers should exercise their best judgment when choosing an organization to support through ShopOnPurpose.   

4. Modifications and Interruption to Service
ShopOnPurpose, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. ShopOnPurpose, Inc. shall not be liable to Member or any third party should ShopOnPurpose, Inc. exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that ShopOnPurpose, Inc. does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
 
5. Third-Party Sites
Our website may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site.
